All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Note: During high-volume periods such as holidays or major sales, order processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

3. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping option chosen at checkout.
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide 🌍
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Ingotus Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international couriers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order through the carrier’s website or via your order page on ingotusshop.com.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 days of purchase, please contact support@ingotusshop.com.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
Ingotus Shop is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Ingotus Shop is not liable for lost or stolen items.
If your order appears missing:

8. Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Some products may be preorders or made-to-order. These items require additional time before shipping.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately based on stock levels or warehouse locations.
Each package will include its own tracking information.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
