Refund Policy

At Ingotus Shop, we want you to love your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items, clearance, and promotional products

  • Accessories, jewelry, swimwear, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or digital items

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
    Ingotus Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@ingotusshop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company before reaching out to us.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or product.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits

  • Personalized or custom-made items

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to process).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, email us at support@ingotusshop.com.
